We all work with adults who have a range of difficulties. Over the years we have been trained in a variety of evidenced based treatments. This allows us together, to work out which approach and what set of strategies, will work best for you. This process begins with a shared understanding of what is happening, through identifying the way our thoughts, feelings and behaviours impact on one another.
The first session focuses on gathering information on your concerns, and working towards developing a plan for the following sessions. We will agree together what your goals are for you and your family, and what you would like to be different.
Over the course of our time together you will learn a variety of strategies which will enable you to feel confident in applying them in the future, should stressful situations or behaviours reappear.
